Retreat giver: Fr.David Tobin,IC, Ratcliffe College,Leicester Our retreat this year is based in two beautiful cities of northern Italy: Rovereto and Domodossola.

Rovereto is the birthplace of Blessed Antonio Rosmini and we stay for four nights in the Studentato Rosminiano in the heart of this attractive city of the Trentino area.

We then cross northern Italy for the second half of our retreat,based at the Sacro Monte Calvario at Domodossola, north of Stresa and Lago Maggiore. Rosmini withdrew to this inspiring place and founded the Institute of Charity here.

In addition to our full programme of liturgies and talks,we shall enjoy excursions to:

Trento,the city of the Council of Trent
Novara, an ancient see and capital of its province
Terzolas,in the beautiful Val di Sole,for a Quiet Day
